Girls night out last night = Sangria and Mojitos at Gloria's! Caitlyn and I try to go out to dinner at least once per month, although we don't always make it. This month we did and we went to one of our favorite places, Gloria's in Addison. I had the Salvadorian sampler platter which had plantains, yucca, beans, rice, a papusa, and a tamale. All were excellent. Cait kept it simple with been and cheese quesadillas. But it was their dang mojitos that were so good. I could eat at Gloria's every day and it is always great to see Cait. She is heading off to Spain, so we may have to get together sooner than later so that I can hear all about it. Girls night doesn't happen nearly often enough!
